Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure and ensure optimal connectivity for users. The successful candidate will take responsibility for maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support. You will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our technology systems and contribute to our organization's overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network configurations for optimal performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Investigate and resolve issues with information systems.
• Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies.
• Ensure the upkeep of IT documentation and resources.
• Support incident management processes to minimize downtime.
• Advise management on IT strategy and budget considerations.
• Lead IT projects from conception to execution.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or Computer Science
• Advanced certifications would be advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant IT experience

• ITIL Foundation Certification
