Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Examine patient teeth and mouth for health issues and recommend treatments.
  • Perform fillings, extractions, and other dental procedures.
  • Give advice on dietary habits that affect dental health.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office protocols.
  • Conduct patient consultations and treatment planning discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work with lab technicians to ensure the quality of dental appliances.
  • Train dental assistants in procedures and patient management.
  • Support marketing efforts to attract new patients.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in dentistry
