Job Description

As an Environmental Engineer, you will play a key role in addressing environmental challenges in Nelson Mandela Bay. The position requires expertise in various environmental assessments and the application of engineering principles to develop sustainable solutions that meet both regulatory standards and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assess environmental impacts and propose mitigation measures.
  • Work closely with engineers and architects to design eco-friendly solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and awareness campaigns on environmental conservation.
  • Contribute to the completion of environmental documentation and reporting.
  • Support project managers in environmental compliance monitoring.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented environmental practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
