We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join our procurement team. The role involves analyzing purchasing data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQs) and evaluate supplier responses.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal procurement outcomes.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and management of inventory.
Compile and analyze purchasing data, generating reports to inform management decisions.
Stay informed about regulatory changes impacting procurement and supply chain processes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
Experience
2+ years of experience in procurement in the manufacturing sector.
