Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join our procurement team. The role involves analyzing purchasing data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQs) and evaluate supplier responses.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal procurement outcomes.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and management of inventory.
  • Compile and analyze purchasing data, generating reports to inform management decisions.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes impacting procurement and supply chain processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement in the manufacturing sector.
Technical Skills
  • MS Excel
  • SAP and Oracle

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Knowledge of import/export regulations: Understanding of local and international trade regulations.
