Job Description

As a Welder, Cutter, Solderer, or Brazer at ABC Manufacturing, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for preparing and setting up welding equipment, operating welding machines, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using different techniques including MIG, TIG, and ARC.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols accurately.
• Ensure that health and safety measures are followed during all operations.
• Assist in the development of new welding processes for improved efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or Diploma in Welding or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in steel fabrication and welding

Technical Skills

• Welding Techniques
• Metal Fabrication

Certifications

• Welders Safety Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CNC machines: Experience working with CNC machines and automated fabrication equipment.
• Experience in TIG, MIG, and ARC welding: Broad experience using TIG, MIG, and ARC welding techniques.
