Job Description

The Synthetic Soil Blocks Pulper will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of synthetic soil blocks, ensuring both quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Implement procedures for quality assurance.
• Ensure that all operations conform to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to enhance productivity.
• Document troubleshooting steps and production outcomes.
• Help optimize the workflow for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Technical or trade qualification preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Problem-solving skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in food production or agriculture: Familiarity with production processes in agriculture.
• Experience with industrial machinery: Hands-on experience operating and maintaining production machinery.
