• Conduct workshops to educate teams on process efficiency.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Create simulations to test proposed changes in production processes.
• Assist in cross-departmental projects to enhance integration.
• Document best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate findings and strategies effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• MBA or relevant management qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or supply chain management
