We are now seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dedicated team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving various IT issues. This role demands a proactive approach towards customer service and technical challenges, ensuring our users have the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external users.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on IT systems and applications.
• Assist in network troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Document all interactions and resolutions for knowledge base enhancement.
• Work alongside vendors for equipment repairs and support.
• Analyze user feedback to improve IT services.
• Train staff on new technology implementations and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• Windows OS
• Networking

Certifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
