Responsibilities

• Identify clients’ needs through thorough evaluations.
• Design individualized treatment programs focusing on restoring daily activities.
• Collaborate with other professionals to enrich clients’ care.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions with a focus on skill-building.
• Regularly review and update treatment plans based on client progress.
• Advocate for clients’ needs within the healthcare system.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during therapy sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

Experience

• 2+ years experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred

• Rehabilitation Techniques

Certifications

• Basic Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
