We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative healthcare team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, coordinating care, and providing education and support to patients and their families. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and physical exams.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage patient care plans.
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures.
• Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare providers.
• Document patient care in a timely manner.
• Develop new patient education materials.
• Participate in case management and follow-up consultations.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance standards.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Current RN license in South Africa

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant clinical experience

Technical Skills

• Patient Care Management
• Health Education
• Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Nursing Educator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
