Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and build financial models.
• Support the execution of M&A transactions and other investment banking activities.
• Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful transaction completion.
• Monitor industry trends and prepare reports for senior bankers.
• Assist in due diligence processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• MBA is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in investment banking or related finance roles

• CFA Level 2
