We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee our logistics and procurement functions in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing supply chain processes, improving efficiency, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
• Implement best practices in logistics and inventory management.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of the supply chain team.
• Review and approve purchase orders and contracts.
• Maintain documentation related to procurement and logistics processes.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Utilize metrics to measure and guide supply chain performance.
• Assist in the development of budget forecasts related to the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• MBA in Operations Management preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
