Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, your mission will be to support clinical trials in our Cape Town office. You will play a vital role in safeguarding patient welfare and ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of clinical trial activities in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Evaluate and report adverse events and ensure patient safety.
• Review and monitor trial budgets and timelines in conjunction with project managers.
• Conduct data analysis and contribute to study publications.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of clinical and regulatory requirements.
• Help ensure proper training of new Clinical Research Associates.
• Monitor and address any issues that arise at study sites.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
• PhD degree is desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical trial management

Certifications

• Clinical Research Associate Certification (CCRA)
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certification
