Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will provide advanced nursing care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health needs and develop appropriate interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress toward health goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Promote health education and wellness activities within the community.
  • Utilize electronic health records to maintain patient data.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Specialization in Family Health or Acute Care preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a Nurse Practitioner role or equivalent
