As a Data Analyst at our Pretoria office, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data and providing insights to inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and ensure accurate reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain database systems for efficient data management.
• Implement data analysis tools to improve existing processes.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for teams on data analysis methodologies.
• Provide insights to support marketing strategies, operational improvements, and customer engagement.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to understand data requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field
• Master's in Data Analytics preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis or business intelligence
