Join our Bloemfontein team as a UX Designer! In this role, you will focus on understanding user behavior to craft user-friendly designs that enhance customer satisfaction. You will leverage your skills in user research, wireframing, and prototyping, collaborating with talented cross-functional teams to build solutions that users love.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability studies to gather feedback.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for various applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs.
• Analyze user feedback to make iterative improvements.
• Create and maintain design specifications and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Facilitate design reviews and discussions with the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Figma
• HTML/CSS

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for additional design capabilities.
