Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in psychological assessment and intervention strategies. You will work closely with clients to provide therapy and support to enhance their mental health.

Responsibilities

  • Examine animals and diagnose disorders or injuries.
  • Perform surgical operations and dental procedures.
  • Educate clients on medical care, nutrition, and training.
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to individual animal needs.
  • Stay updated with new veterinary practices and technologies.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional workshops.
  • Mentor junior vets and veterinary staff during procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine
  • A Master's degree is advantageous.

  • 4+ years of experience in a clinical setting
