Pharmacist

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate pharmacist who will oversee medication supply and administration at Pharmacy Solutions Group. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use, while providing education and support to patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure the safe storage of medications.
• Evaluate and interpret prescription orders for accuracy.
• Support the implementation of pharmacy operations policies.
• Provide guidance to pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Assist in the development of patient care programs and services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council

Languages

• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems: Experience using pharmacy management software for dispensing and record-keeping.
