Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Centurion. In this role, you will focus on optimizing production processes, enhancing product quality, and improving operational efficiency. You will utilize your engineering skills to implement data-driven strategies that drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and implement improvements.
• Develop and evaluate metrics to track operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with management and staff to troubleshoot and solve issues.
• Design and execute experiments to test improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify inefficiencies.
• Create detailed reports based on findings and recommendations.
• Participate in project management and oversee initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors for materials optimization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Certifications in Lean and Six Sigma beneficial

Experience

• 3-7 years in an industrial environment or related field
