We are on the lookout for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Centurion. In this role, you will focus on optimizing production processes, enhancing product quality, and improving operational efficiency. You will utilize your engineering skills to implement data-driven strategies that drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Implement engineering principles to improve production line efficiency.
• Evaluate equipment layout and workflow to optimize productivity.
• Develop training programs for staff on new technologies and processes.
• Assist in setting product quality benchmarks.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects or methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Certifications in Lean and Six Sigma beneficial

Experience

• 3-7 years in an industrial environment or related field
