• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• A qualification in Operations Management is advantageous
• Production Planning Experienced in planning and coordinating production schedules.
• Quality Control Expertise in implementing quality standards and controls in manufacturing.
• Safety Management Knowledgeable in safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing Understanding of lean principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a diverse team.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Problem-solving Exceptional problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
