We are in search of a dedicated Factory Systems Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, maintain quality standards, and foster a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all factory operations, ensuring alignment with production plans.
• Assess and improve operational workflow to increase productivity.
• Directly manage and mentor a team of factory workers.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards within the factory.
• Regularly update management on operational performance and challenges.
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation.
• Implement waste reduction initiatives to improve sustainability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements and innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management
• Postgraduate qualification in relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
