Job Description

We are seeking motivated Production Workers to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. As a Production Worker, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the assembly and quality of automotive components.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Keep the production environment safe and compliant with regulations.
• Assist in the training of new employees when required.
• Contribute to team meetings regarding process improvements and efficiency.
• Document production metrics and report to supervisors.
• Participate in routine maintenance of machinery.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to optimize production.
• Embrace a positive attitude and support team goals.
• Adapt to changing production needs and work schedules.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience as a Production Worker is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic machine operation
• Quality control

Soft Skills

• Strong work ethic

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with machinery: Hands-on experience operating production machinery preferred.
• Forklift certification: Forklift license will be considered a bonus.
