Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing testing procedures to ensure that our software products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for creating test plans, executing tests, and troubleshooting issues to deliver a flawless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive testing strategies that align with project goals.
• Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality at all stages of development.
• Report on test progress and results, presenting data to management.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for QA practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Document test findings and assist with troubleshooting.
• Provide quality assurance support in an Agile environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Master's degree in Software Quality Assurance is a plus

Experience

• Proven experience of 3+ years in a software testing role.

Languages

• English: Fluent
