Ball Warper Tender

Job Description

As a Ball Warper Tender, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining ball warping machines to produce high-quality textile yarns. You will ensure that the machines are set up correctly, monitor production processes, and perform regular maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient production by operating and monitoring ball warping machines.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to meet production specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document operational data and report any discrepancies.
• Implement safety measures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new operators as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in operating textile machinery is preferred
