Job Description

The Dye-Stand Loader will be responsible for loading and unloading dye-stands, transporting them to the dye house and ensuring that all dyeing equipment is properly maintained and cleaned. This role is crucial in the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and unload dye-stands while adhering to safety protocols.
• Relocate dye-stands to and from designated areas.
• Regularly clean and check dyeing equipment for optimal operation.
• Keep accurate records related to dye stand operations.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on dyeing machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• No specific tertiary qualifications required

Experience

• No specific experience required, although experience in a similar manufacturing environment will be advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience operating material handling equipment
• Familiarity with industrial dyeing processes

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
