Leach Cell Operator

Job Description

The Leach Cell Operator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the leaching process in our mining operations. This role is vital for ensuring production targets are consistently achieved while monitoring equipment performance and making necessary adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee chemical and mineral levels in the leach solution to guarantee quality.
• Work with the plant manager to develop production targets and quality benchmarks.
• Implement process improvements based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and health regulations in operations.
• Engage in troubleshooting equipment failures and coordinate repairs.

• Experience with environmental compliance: Knowledge of environmental regulations specific to the mining industry.
