Job Description

As a Rotary Drill Operator, you will be responsible for operating cable tool drilling equipment in various geological formations. Your expertise will help us extract vital samples and install wells efficiently while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate cable tool drilling machinery to extract core samples.
• Follow drilling plans and maintain logs of daily activities.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
• Provide input on drilling procedures and techniques based on experience.
• Assist team members in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety standards are upheld at all times on site.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress.
• Participate in training sessions for new technologies and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in drilling operations are preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years in drilling operations is advantageous.
