Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about people management and fostering a positive work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, and developing HR policies that support our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related queries.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution matters.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Honours or postgraduate degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles
