Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager in Durban, you will lead HR initiatives that enhance engagement, talent development, and compliance. The successful candidate will have extensive HR experience and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on employee performance and development.
  • Oversee HR budget and resource allocation.
  • Advocate for employee wellbeing and mental health programs.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records securely.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover rates.
  • Engage with employees for continuous feedback and improvement.
  • Coordinate employee events and recognition programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
