UX Designer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a UX Designer based in Cape Town to help us enhance our user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging interfaces, ensuring our products are user-friendly and effective.

Responsibilities

• Create user personas and journey maps to guide design direction.
• Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for new features and designs.
• Validate design concepts through A/B testing and user feedback.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Document design processes and maintain a cohesive design library.
• Coordinate design handoffs with development teams efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in UX design
