Job Description

As a Panel Laminator, you will be responsible for laminating panels used in a variety of applications across different industries. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and the capacity to operate complex machinery safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for production.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
• Provide feedback to the production manager on process improvements.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Trade qualification in Panel Laminating

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in panel laminating or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in laminating machinery
• Technical drawing interpretation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC machinery: Familiarity with operating and programming CNC machinery is a plus.
