Responsibilities

  • Implement nursing interventions and document patient care.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions.
  • Act as a patient advocate and ensure quality care delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare teams.
  • Educate patients on self-care techniques and recovery processes.
  • Manage medical equipment and supplies in compliance with protocols.
  • Assist with emergency procedures and patient stabilization.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to unit management.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in specialized nursing fields are a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in acute care settings preferred
