Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Web Developer to join our team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of front-end and back-end technologies and is adept at working collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation of code and design specifications.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand project requirements thoroughly.
• Optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
• Manage version control using Git or similar tools.
• Mentor junior developers and interns on best coding practices.
• Assist in user testing and gathering feedback for further development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in web development

Languages
