We are in search of a qualified Environmental Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects aimed at improving environmental compliance and sustainability. You will assess environmental impacts and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that our practices not only meet regulatory standards but also push towards innovative solutions that benefit the community and ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental assessments and implement sustainable projects.
• Work with clients to develop tailored environmental solutions.
• Analyze environmental data and utilize findings to inform project direction.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training on environmental compliance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation for environmental approvals.
• Monitor project performance against environmental objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is preferable.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental management or engineering roles
