Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and attracting top talent while contributing to our company culture. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and effective process that enhances our employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Utilize various tools and techniques to attract top talent.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify skills shortages and competitive compensation.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Assist in employee retention and engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to management.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • HR certifications like SHRM or HRCI are preferred

  • 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition
