• Oversee the recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding activities.
• Address personnel issues and mediate conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and safety regulations.
• Design and implement employee training programs.
• Support performance appraisal and management systems.
• Keep employee records updated and compliant.
• Collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.
• Enhance team dynamics and workplace satisfaction.
• Provide insight into employee benefits and compensation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Honours or equivalent is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field
