E-commerce Specialist

Job Description

We are on the hunt for an E-commerce Specialist who possesses a keen understanding of online marketing strategies and is passionate about driving sales. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, managing campaigns, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platforms.
• Create marketing content, including newsletters and social media posts.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Assist in the management of online promotional campaigns.
• Train and support team members on e-commerce best practices.
• Foster relationships with vendors and manage their product listings.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the customer journey.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in e-commerce marketing or related field

Technical Skills

• Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
• Content Management Systems (CMS)
