We are seeking a passionate Aesthetician to join our diverse team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will provide a range of aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, and make-up services, ensuring clients leave feeling rejuvenated and beautiful. Responsibilities

• Deliver quality aesthetic services while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and recommend products to clients.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere for clients.
• Contribute to team meetings with ideas for service improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or related field
• Advanced skincare and makeup certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a salon or spa setting

Technical Skills

• Body treatments
• Waxing techniques

Soft Skills

• Empathy and understanding
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Beauty Therapist
• Skin Anatomy & Physiology Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• IsiXhosa: Basic

Advantageous

• Familiarity with product lines and retail: Understanding different brands and their aesthetics products.
• Sales experience in beauty products: Ability to upsell and recommend products effectively.
