Job Description

Join our team as a Pet Groomer where you will provide excellent grooming services for pets. You will be responsible for maintaining pet hygiene, implementing grooming techniques, and delivering exceptional customer service to pet owners. A love for animals and prior grooming experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a stress-free grooming experience for pets.

• Respond to inquiries regarding grooming services.
• Facilitate the adoption of grooming programs for pets.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma
• Certification or diploma in animal care is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of professional grooming experience

Technical Skills

• Animal Behavior Knowledge
• Grooming Equipment Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Time Management

Certifications

• Pet First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in retail sales of pet products: Background in selling pet grooming or care products.
