Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flagship restaurant in Cape Town. As a key player in our team, you'll ensure top-notch service and manage a dynamic team of staff, while maintaining a positive and productive working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the overall restaurant strategy and mission.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation.
  • Lead staff meetings to ensure clear communication and team alignment.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team for menu planning and updates.
  • Manage reservations and guest flow efficiently.
  • Create staff schedules and monitor labour costs.
  • Develop and monitor the restaurant’s budget and financial goals.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and respect among employees.
  • Participate in community outreach and local marketing efforts.
