Job Description

As a Travel Manager, you will oversee travel operations and ensure that clients receive exceptional service. You will develop travel itineraries, manage budgets, and liaise with vendors, while coordinating logistics to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead travel project teams and oversee all travel-related initiatives.
  • Analyse travel patterns and provide insights to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Liaise with various departments to align travel needs with company goals.
  • Design innovative travel packages and promote them to clients.
  • Attend travel expos and industry events to network and promote services.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials.
  • Conduct post-travel evaluations and implement improvements where necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in travel management or related field
