Job Description

As an HR Generalist at HR Solutions Ltd., you’ll be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will oversee recruitment, employee reviews, and uphold health and safety standards within the workplace. Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, developing hiring strategies.
  • Develop and conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and South African labor laws.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in the management of employee files and documentation.
  • Conduct presentations for staff on HR policies and benefits.
  • Coordinate performance evaluation processes and training.
  • Build a culture of engagement through employee recognition programs.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Provide HR administrative support as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Industrial Psychology or equivalent
  • Additional HR qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in a generalist HR role, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
