Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance within the organization. You will be the go-to person for all HR-related questions, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process from job description to offer acceptance.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
• Plan and execute employee wellness and engagement programs.
• Develop HR policies to improve workplace culture and efficiency.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
• Update and manage employee records accurately.
• Support talent development initiatives and training programs.
• Monitor compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assist in conflict resolution and mediation.
• Provide insights on HR metrics for strategic decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Master’s degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on generalist functions

Certifications

• PMP Certification is a plus
