Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create effective online marketing campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic and sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
• Oversee online merchandising and product listings to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Enhance customer journey through user experience (UX) initiatives and feedback.
• Work with IT on the ongoing development and maintenance of the e-commerce platform.
• Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, with a proven track record of increasing online sales.
