Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to oversee our Durban store operations. You will manage a diverse team, enhance customer engagement, and implement strategic initiatives to boost sales and operational efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Analyze sales and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee staff training and development programs.
  • Control inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with all retail regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare financial reports for review by upper management.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and sales events.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to enhance store loyalty.
  • Execute visual merchandising that aligns with brand standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Retail Management
  • Additional relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management or leadership roles
