We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing methodologies. You will work closely with developers and project managers to identify, report, and resolve issues, so a collaborative spirit is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Conduct performance testing and security assessments on applications.
• Work with developers to understand application behavior and identify potential areas of failure.
• Utilize bug tracking tools to manage and report issues.
• Communicate test progress and results to stakeholders clearly.
• Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to provide QA perspective.
• Ensure documentation of quality assurance processes and test results is thorough and clear.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Manual Testing
