Job Description

As a Dip Stand Loader, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by loading and unloading dipping stands efficiently. You will ensure that all materials are processed according to production schedules while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the loading and unloading of products onto the dipping station.
• Monitor the coating process, ensuring all products are evenly coated.
• Inspect products to guarantee they meet quality standards.
• Clean and maintain equipment and workspace.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Assist with other production tasks as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 10 or equivalent

Experience

• No experience required, but familiarity with manufacturing processes is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment: Familiarity with production workflows and equipment handling.

• Experience with quality control and inspection: Ability to perform inspections to maintain product quality.
