Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Cape Town team. You will oversee daily logistics operations, ensure efficient supply chain management, and liaise with suppliers and clients to facilitate smooth operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
  • Manage and oversee the logistics of goods movement.
  • Enforce company policies and safety regulations within the warehouse.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Handle any conflicts or issues that arise in the warehouse efficiently.
  • Ensure the proper upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
