As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be pivotal in enhancing our organization's training effectiveness. You will assess training needs, develop engaging content, and evaluate the impact of training programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training facilitation, or related fields
