Job Description

We are seeking a talented E-Learning Trainer to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging e-learning courses that cater to a variety of learning styles and needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality educational content and facilitating training sessions to enhance the learner experience.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive e-learning courses and assessment tools.
• Design training materials that cater to different learning preferences.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics.
• Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues with e-learning systems.
• Conduct needs analyses to identify training requirements.
• Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive for diverse learners.
• Participate in training workshops to enhance teaching methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of training strategies that support business objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Psychology
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or adult education
