Job Description

As a Maintenance Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating maintenance activities for diverse equipment and facilities. You will ensure maintenance requests are prioritized and addressed efficiently, enabling optimal workflow and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Log and prioritize maintenance requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance operations to mitigate issues.
  • Provide insightful reports on maintenance performance metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to align maintenance goals.
  • Ensure documentation and compliance with company policies in all maintenance activities.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior maintenance staff.
  • Evaluate existing processes and suggest enhancements for better productivity.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Maintenance Management or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance dispatching or management
